Please note that all items on this page are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise specified. Please allow two weeks for delivery during non-holiday seasons. Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart and, within the United States and Canada is $1.37 for orders which are less than $10, $7.95 for orders over $10, and FREE for orders over $100 and shipping is not refundable. Rates for shipping to the rest of the world are $1.75 for orders which are less than $10, $11.95 for orders over $10, and still FREE for orders over $100. Stickers will be included FREE with any order over $8 while supplies last.
